The proposed new development has been thoughtfully designed to respect the surrounding context, with elements of the school appropriately located and scaled within the site. The layout includes a new multi-use teaching space adjacent to the existing BEP offices, southwest of the main school building. The design aims to minimize impact by sitting as low as possible within the existing levels while still providing DDA-compliant access.
